Each transaction is subject to variable fees, as communicated during the onboarding process.

    • Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration and transaction processes.

    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • Ensure their account and payment methods are secure and not used for illegal activities.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the termination of access to our services.

    • APOLLO-TECHNOLOGIES LTD assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.

All data required for the provision of services, including KYC, is processed directly by the external provider. APOLLO-TECHNOLOGIES LTD does not store, control, or have responsibility for this data. Customers acknowledge and agree to this arrangement by using our services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination of Services

As our services are transactional and not subscription-based, customers cannot terminate their use of our services. Each transaction is independent and subject to the applicable fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
